Refund policy

We have a 30-day satisfaction guaranteed policy. We are confident that you will love the products as much as we do! We want people to have peace of mind when spending their money. If you don't like it or don't feel like its doing the job within a 30 day trial, no problem! Send it back!  We do encourage you to use as much of the products as you need before sending it back or requesting a return.

If your return request is within 30 days of delivery return will be accepted. It is the buyers responsibility to pay shipping back to us. Price paid for product will be refunded, shipping will not. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

If approved, once package is in transit you’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
If you were shipped the wrong item please get ahold of us promptly. If the items on your invoice don't match what you received we will gladly make it right and provide you with a return package slip. Once the package is in transit we will send out the correct order.
